- Inclusive Rates
- All quoted rates include fuel and complimentary chauffeur services.
- Extra Hours
- Additional hours beyond the agreed daily rental time will attract extra charges.
- Outskirts Pick-up/Drop-off
- Daily rental pick-up/drop-off locations on the outskirts of town (e.g., Gwagwalada, Bwari, Suleja, Karu, Kuje, Kwali, Mararaba, Kaduna Road, Airport Road, Nyanya, Zuba, Orozo, Karishi, Old Karu, New Karu, New Nyanya, Masaka, One Man Village, Ado, Zimbabwe, Abaji, etc.) attract extra charges of ₦40,000 – ₦50,000 for SUVs (or more depending on distance).
- Drop-offs Within the Metropolis
- Drop-off charges are subject to location, but standard rates only apply to points within the city/metropolitan area.
- Airport Transfers (Outside Main Town)
- Airport pick-up/drop-off locations outside the main town attract an extra charge of ₦40,000.
- Airport Delays
- For international/domestic airport pickups with delays of over 1 hour, hourly charges (based on allocated vehicle type) will apply.
- Charges must be remitted before commencement of the trip.
- Note: Initial airport fare paid is non-refundable.
- Free Airport Transfer Benefit
- Daily rentals of 12 hours include one complimentary airport pick-up or drop-off.
- Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled 24–48 hours prior to trip date attract a 50% convenience fee (deducted before refund).
- Bookings canceled on the day of departure are considered a No-Show and are non-refundable.
- Bookings made and canceled on the same day attract either:
- 50% convenience fee before refund, or
- 20% of the fare as rescheduling charges.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling 72 hours or more before the trip date: 20% of the fare applies.
- Rescheduling 24–48 hours before trip date: 30% of fare applies.
